In addition to my role as a general cardiologist, I am an imager in the regional and local structural heart programs for KP Northern California, structural heart clinical trials, and cardiovascular MRI program. I have been director of the cardiac MRI service at KP Santa Clara since 2019. I also teach internal medicine residents on the cardiology consult service and ultrasound elective rotations. I assumed the role of Medical Director of the Echocardiography Lab in December 2022. Our vibrant and busy echo lab is an IAC accredited facility that supports clinical trials, structural interventional procedures, and KP Northern California regional cardiac transplant and LVAD programs.
