When Director at REAC/TS(2004-16),I Managed an international deployable nuclear /radiological medical emergency response and training group(REACTS) for NNSA(DOE)-and for NASA Pluto and Mars Science Lab launches-and obtained the funding for and administratively developed a new Cytogenetic Biodosimetry Lab at REAC/TS. Many consultations for IAEA,WHO,NRC,DOD,DOS,EPA DOJ and deployed to do NNSA training and emergency response 25 countries(including IRAQ, ISRAEL,Armenia,Kuwait,Vietnam,Korea,Fukushima,China,Chernobyl,Vz,etc )I am now Senior Physician Medical Advisor at REAC\\TS,involved with consultation, emergency response and international training on rad/nuclear emergency response for NNSA and IAEA.
