ABOUT ALBERT T. KIM

Albert T. Kim is an attorney with over 25 years’ experience who has broad corporate transactional expertise, a strong background in drafting and negotiating complex contracts, team-building management skills, and the ability to gain substantive knowledge on a wide range of legal topics. He has advised extensively in the areas of licensing and SaaS contracts, insurance and risk management, data privacy, labor and employment, event ticketing, health and safety, intellectual property, and consumer affairs. He is currently a Director, Business Affairs & Legal Counsel, for Disney Theatrical Group. He previously served as General Counsel for Jujamcyn Theaters and oversaw the management of one of its venues for many years, fostering a collaborative work environment centered on mutual respect. Prior to working in-house, Albert was an associate at two large NY law firms handling corporate finance matters and bank/project financing transactions. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School and MIT.
