I\'ve supported Fidelity in most of our major business units including Personal Investments, Workplace Investing, Fidelity Center for Applied Technology (FCAT), Fidelity Labs, Fidelity Digital Assets (FDAS), and Asset Management. I partner with line managers and C-Level executives to understand their initiatives and hiring needs while strategically sourcing ideal candidates in the market. I craft comprehensive offers for candidates and work with them through the background vetting process. I am active with the Special Interest Group (IMPACT) focused on sustainable living habits and support the Career Centers at Fidelity to help facilitate workshops on a variety of career-coaching topics from resume building through interviewing techniques.
