For the past 2 years extensive hands-on experience has been gained in the offshore oil and gas business, especially in the purchasing of oil platform service ships and their conversion to Well Test Vessels in Texas shipyards. Over $100 million has been completed and this time on the first ship, under contract with PEMEX, with 2 new contracts signed for new ships. In addition to offshore crude processing, we\'re Interested in expanding to Oil and Gas field services as well as production and processing equipment for Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador and Peru. Houston based ENERLAT, Energy Resources for Latin America, has over 40 years experience in oil field and offshore Oil and Gas Production, Processing and Transport. ENERLAT expertise includes\"Turn-Key\" Oil and Gas Project identification, contract development, design and management, overall financing, equipment fabrication and installation, and all associated services.
