   Retain overall ownership of work package from inception to contract to close out, during the pre-construction stage, responsible for developing a comprehensive Construction Work Package (CWP) for assigned systems. Works closely with the Subcontracts Administration team to identify suitable contractor trade partners. Actively participate in all Pre-Bid, clarification, and Post-Bid meetings for assigned systems. Ensures bids conform to the intent of Bid, including identification of gaps and any not yet bought and scope exceptions. During the construction phase. Managed subcontractors and led construction efforts on assigned systems. Monitors return RFIs and Submittals from the subcontractors and expedite assistance from engineering disciplines as required. Perform facilities and fabrication shop visits as needed to expedite material deliveries and verify work progress. Monitors the subcontractors and escalates any issues. Actively evaluates potential changes, including identified but not yet priced and unit rate to IFC pricing. Coordinates with contracts and project cost control to ensure changes are processed promptly. Ensures CTOP documents are complete and submitted. Works closely with Contracts Administration, Project Controls, Accounting, Quality, and Turnover to ensure efficient close out of the contract.
