Oversee the National APD Technical program, I meet with our national APD technical team comprised of Process and Strategy, APD Territory Managers, state managers, QA, Training and we discuss topics that we want to train the entire APD staff each quarter. Then I develop and design the training (PowerPoint, E-Learning and Facilitator Guides). Generate all analytics and pivot tables from our LMS system and to send the reports to the Territory and Training managers. We meet and discuss the effectiveness of the training and how we can continue to improve our national trends of Farmers vs the Insurance Industry. APD National training lead for Converge (claims adjustor appointment scheduling tool) I worked with IT, Process and Strategy and Vendors to help develop the integration of the scheduling system. Led versions 1-3 of Converge rolling out the integrations and upgrades of software to all APD staff. Led a team of 14 SME’s and developed all the national how to videos of Converge located in our Learning Hub. Developed a micro learning approach of (job aids, interactive e-class, and videos) that is used when a new employee transfers to our line of business. APD National training lead for ClaimCenter/GWCC. This is our new claims platform system. Worked with multiple departments IT, Process & Strategy, LOB and Training. Developing and implementing the integration and national rollout of the new claims system. Completed all 9 phases of roll-out.

Using ALL-Data, OEM Repair Procedures, and expert experience SEMA annual attendee• Project Management Completed all my course work and class time for Project Management Professional certification from Project Management Institute (PMI) The focus is Predictive, Agile and Hybrid.
