Legal support provided for the development of international projects, drafting and negotiation of project contracts contracts, O&M contracts, partnership agreements, shareholder agreements), legal and contractual analysis of tender documents, providing legal advices to the Group\'s top management;Contract Manager in charge of managing several contracts and projects in operation accross Middle East, Australia, Canada, Africa and US;Principal legal counsel dedicated to the legal support of the Group\'s financing and treasury department: negotiation of financing and guarantee contracts, negotiation of treasury and cash pool agreements, review of FBF agreements;Member of the working group set up to develop group\'s contract management practices & policies at international level.
