Responsible for managing NPI and Sustaining complex systems. Liaison between Design Engineering and the Product Operations team. The primary focus is managing product compliance to NPI readiness, production, and road map specifications by leading the Operations Team of Engineers, Planners, and Buyers.1. Provides leadership to a team of program resources from multiple functions that include manufacturing program management, materials program management, procurement and asset management2. Oversees the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of product plans and processes for new and existing products. Ensures the effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel in producing and delivering quality products at low cost.3. Manages to a budget for the team. Assures compliance to Oracle policies and applicable regulations as they pertain to team. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.4. Ensures effective communication on business related product and program issues between teams on-site at our External Manufacturing Partner and Oracle offices worldwide. This includes representing the team at program reviews and handling management escalations when necessary to ensure critical program issues and support requirements are address in a timely manner.
