I have partnered with the asset management division to scale efficiencies and to execute on initiatives that have simultaneously reduced the division’s operating budget while driving improvements in employee engagement. Committed to continuous learning and development, I implemented an enterprise-wide learning library to record and share the results of business experiments across the enterprise.
