Ensure there are adequate procedures for the storage and deletion of Customer Data.* Scheduling using SAS Management Console and IBM Platform Process Manager.* SAS DI Studio coding and promotion.* Accessing data from (AWS) Amazon Web Services, transforming, scheduling and delivering.* Self taught into deconstructing JSON tables into components and also using SAS to create JSON tables.* Converted a 4 stage, manual complaints procedure, into a fully automated SAS process with error trapping and notifications. This made the process FCA compliant and saved the business a potential Fine. Received recognition for the work done on this project * Wrote and automated in SAS (SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS DI Studio and SAS Management Console), the first ever Speech Intraday process for the Customer Care side of the business, which involves getting data ingested every 20 minutes, 24 hours a day and now allows for the business to report timely on categories and products that would create spikes or areas of interest flowing through the Call Centres.
