Install new programs and drivers, etc.Create graphic web design projects for customers, brochures, business cards, flyers, logos, banners, websites or websites templates, etc.Process online prints from UPS hub website for customers.Help and keep relationships with customers specifically; Small Business customers that result in the opportunity to assess and provide solutions that exceeds their needs. Excellent customer service, preparing packages for shipment, operating printing equipment and communicating all offered services in the center. Extensive knowledge of all offered products and services including Printing, Packing and Shipping and recognize all opportunities to advise the customer on these services.Operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, move boxes and equipment, stock materials, manage complex jobs, and complete tasks based on priority. Record all sales transactions on cash register and accurately process cash, check, debit card and credit card transactions. Pack contents for shipping using established procedures and products.Operate Counter Manifest System, Point of Sale and all other software packages. Receive and process packages for courier shipping, including lifting and weighting packages on scale, accessing Manifesting software, generating labels and retrieving from customer\'s vehicle when requested.Center takes drop off packages, UPS, UPS via Amazon, DHL and USPS, for a fee depending what size is USPS package. Take incoming packages such as UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS. Keep center clean at all times.Customers have option to rent mailboxes for personal, business and corporate.
