   Program Director for HNTB’s consulting engineering contract with Miami Dade Aviation Department (MDAD). Under this contract and the Trust Agreement, HNTB is responsible for providing professional oversight of MDAD\'s capital improvement program at the Miami International Airport and the four general aviation airports. Oversight includes planning, design, construction and commissioning. The present capital program is approximately $12 billion through the year 2040. Albert also leads the efforts for the annual inspection of these airports to determine the condition of the assets and recommends the amount of money required to be placed into the Reserve Maintenance Account for the repair, rehabilitation and modernization of airport infrastructure. Other responsibilities include architectural and engineering professional services such as plans review, planning, studies, due diligence, scheduling, cost estimating and extension of staff support. Albert is responsible for directing the efforts of sixty staff members under this and other A/E services contracts. Albert also serves as the South Florida Office Sales Manager and is the Client Service Team Leader for Miami Dade County.
