The Regional Economic Development branch assists clients with meeting their objectives to enable a regional economy for growth and sustainability and building capacity. This is achieved by building relationships and trust with community and First Nation leaders and assisting them with participating in regional economic opportunities. The position assists clients with the needed tools to conduct opportunity identification, developing and implementing strategic plans and locating resources: research material, funding sources, and partners.* Meet with clients to learn and understand their objectives;* Assess project proposals and budgets;* Monitor project’s progress;* Analyze final deliverables and financial reports;* Conduct research of various sectors;* Link clients with partners.
