I am a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with deep experience leading engineering, R&D, and manufacturing transformation in the wire and cable industry. I have successfully turned around large-scale manufacturing operations, led complex R&D product development programs, and delivered measurable improvements in throughput, quality, and cost across multiple facilities.I have served as Director of Engineering at Winchester Interconnect, as well as VP of Engineering and Technology Practices at VJC International, where I led multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, chemists, technicians, and recruiters and drove initiatives that produced immediate and sustained bottom-line results. My leadership has contributed to two separate facilities being recognized by IndustryWeek Magazine as Best Plants in North America.In addition to my corporate leadership roles, I have worked as both an employee and an independent consultant with a broad range of wire, cable, and interconnect manufacturers, including Trilogy, Belden, TriCab, Kris-Tech, Heusen Wire, EIS, Northwire, and others. Many of these engagements resulted in repeat business and executive-level recommendations, several of which are documented on my LinkedIn profile.I have also served as a member of UL / CSA CANENA standards development panels, and I am a named inventor on multiple patents.
