Experienced Retail Leader with close to a ten year history of working in the furniture industry as a Sales Manager and Store Manager. Skilled in Customer Service, Sales, Retail, Training, Inventory Management, Talent Development and Store Management. I spent two years as a Regional Trainer, responsible for proving Training for our new Sales Associates and Managers as well developing Onboarding and Training Plans for Regional Managers and SLT level.
