My current responsibilities include- Carrying out on-site control activities in the Group\'s relevant legal entities on the basis of the policies,guidelines and standards defined by Group Anti-Financial Crime (GAFC) in order to identify key areas ofrisks, control gaps, deviations and misalignments with respect to requirements defined by GAFC- Interviewing local teams, including the heads of the AFC and Compliance Functions as well as the relevant Business Units- Collecting tangible evidences from local teams including extraction of customer/ transaction databases with the purpose to independently perform the controls in scope through sample testing- Carrying out control activities to test the design and operating effectiveness of the local control framework- Defining the remedial actions including deadlines and definition of responsibilities/ action owners- Consolidating the evidences emerging from the Quality Assurance (QA) Review into a report describing the overall rating of the legal entity AFC controls in scope- Cooperating in the sharing phase of the QA report with local CEOs, local CCOs, local Heads of Anti-Financial Crime, local Senior Management of relevant Business Units, Group CCO, Group Head of Anti-Financial Crime- Collaborating and maintaining strong and effective working relationships with key partners across the Group: Group Compliance departments including GAFC (AML and FS Advisory), Group Internal Audit etc.
