Currently serving as the Art Director at Younique, I oversee the development of high-caliber visual content, manage cross-departmental collaboration, and mentor creative teams to produce exceptional results. Beyond the boardroom, I am the founder and leader of Vibrant Ballroom, where I combine my passion for movement, design, and storytelling. From hosting high-profile events like the Sundance Film Festival to working alongside industry icons such as Heidi Klum and Coco Rocha, I thrive in dynamic environments where creativity meets execution. What defines my journey is resilience. Diagnosed with scoliosis at a young age, I underwent a life-changing surgery to fuse 15 vertebrae. Yet, I rose to win the World Professional Smooth Ballroom Championship, appearing on platforms like Dancing with the Stars and World of Dance. This triumph shaped my approach to life and work—facing challenges head-on and transforming them into opportunities to inspire others. With expertise in creative direction, team leadership, project management, and design, I aim to continue elevating brands, empowering teams, and leaving a lasting impact.
