Hello! I am an Agile Program Manager, experienced in Enterprise and Business Transformation and delivering innovative technological solutions. I am currently pursuing a Master\'s degree in Enterprise Architecture and Business Transformation, with an expected graduation in 2025 from Penn State. As a Program Manager, I oversee multiple SaaS applications, ensuring that they are resourced efficiently, and projects are completed successfully from initiation to deployment. I excel in identifying and mitigating risks, maintaining clear communication, and adhering to budget and schedule parameters. I\'m committed to implementing Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and facilitating Program Increment (PI) and release planning, all while coaching teams in adopting SAFe best practices. I have also been involved managing the progress of multiple cross functional teams, ensuring they met project timelines and stayed within budget. I focused on transparency, roadmaps, and program plans to provide clear insights into our work. Additionally, I reported and analyzed program data for proactive risk mitigation and decision-making. I was also responsible for configuring and maintaining Agile metrics dashboards for the Executive PMO, enabling meaningful insights into program performance.
