Drive quality control initiatives through comprehensive failure analyses to identify root causes and implement strategic solutions for enhancing motor reliability, while managing customer returns (RMAs) to minimize return volumes and elevate overall product quality- Lead extensive design of experiments (DOE) to replicate customer failure modes, thoroughly analyzing results and developing tailored solutions related to product design and manufacturing to address customer issues and prevent recurrence- Engage directly with domestic & international customers, offering clear timelines, addressing complaints, and ensuring the delivery of products of the highest quality- Maintain active communication with both local and global suppliers to verify part quality and ensure product consistency, contributing to an improved customer service experience- Actively participate in customer and ISO 9001 audits, assisting in the evaluation of processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards, while opening and managing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address audit findings- Ensure adherence to AS9100 standards and meticulously document and report findings, including First Article Inspection Reports- Drive customer satisfaction by optimizing return processes, reducing cycle times, and swiftly addressing complaints to ensure prompt resolution and product improvements- Collaborate closely with new product development teams to integrate quality standards into the development process, ensuring seamless alignment with customer requirements and industry regulations- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and design fixtures that improve workflow efficiency- Prepare and manage documentation, including Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), 8D reports,Engineering Change Notices (ECN) submissions, AS9100 First Article Inspections (FAIR), and Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR).
