Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns in close collaboration with hiring managers across different areas of our business. Recruit a wide range from apprentices to experienced hires that will require direct search campaigns utilising tools such as LinkedIn or Hackajob. As a great relationship builder and coach, partner with hiring managers to support them throughout the campaign, from planning, attraction, selection to onboarding. Focus on diversity, experienced in attracting and selecting diverse candidates in a way that ensures a fair process and brilliant candidate experience. Engage actively with the community by attending job fairs, meet-ups, conferences, building talent pipelines and keeping up to date with recruitment trends. Being an ambassador of our business, l work collaboratively with our Employer Brand manager to create innovative recruitment campaigns that will attract the best quality and diverse candidates for our current and future needs.
