Buzzard Electrification, led Feasibility study.Chrysaor/Harbour (North Sea)Performed as capture manager for successful bid and then led the topsides EPIC delivery of Zennor Petroleum\'s Finlaggan field over Chrysaor\'s Britannia platform. Commercials, P&L responsible, created WBS with alignment of all project controls and full execution strategy for all EPIC phases. Field successfully produced in 2020.Brodgar across Britannia LP Ops, re-aligned and optimised WBS and strategy for delivery of Execution phase.BP (Kazakhstan)2021 TAR Manager. CGLP project to deliver inter-field gas lift to Chirag platform to enhance Chirag field recovery. TAR 100% successful and delivered ahead of schedule.Orsted (UK)(in partnership with Neptune & Goal 7)NEOS project: Electrification of offshore O&G assets using renewable offshore wind energy. Responsible for topsides aspects, providing technical and executional study solutions, with costings and schedule.
