I am an accomplished Regional Director/Manager with over 10 years experience in the Finance/Retail marketplace. Although proficient in all areas relating to Profitability within my Division, Maximising Sales and Collections whilst minimising Costs, Regional Managers are held responsible by me for their own Region success. The Division was No 1 for Sales within the company and this was achieved through excellent training of Branch Managers, analysing data accurately, good planning, presentation and follow up of targets, projects and assignments to their completion.I engaged in coaching, supporting and motivating my 5 Regional Managers within Yorkshire and this helped improve their knowledge, skills and accountability. This also helped with the development and stability of their Branch Managers and the Divisions’ continued success.Accomplishments• The Scottish Division was taken from a loss making Division to a Profitable one within 6 months• I stabilised the Yorkshire Division to make it the second most profitable • In Yorkshire we succeeded in becoming the best sales Division within the company, always achieving targets and maximising New Business Opportunities whilst giving our customer the best possible service• In Yorkshire we had the lowest turnaround of staff within the company and had good stability• My idea of having a “Model Region” with work schedules for staff has been introduced throughout the company and is now part of the day to day running of each Region.
