Our developments, often built in areas of deprivation and regeneration, meaning they become major components of the local community bringing prosperity with them.In addition to our Head Office in Sheffield we manage regional operations from local offices in South, East and West Yorkshire, Midlands, Tees Valley, Tyne and Wear, Merseyside, Greater Manchester and Cumbria.

I have worked in property for 30 years and have progressed to my current position through gaining invaluable experience in Estate Agency managing residential sales branches and departmental teams/managers across the Yorkshire region at Divisional Director level. My position as Sales Director with Persimmon was an exciting move into new homes based in South Yorkshire, here I developed my knowledge and ambition to progress in construction. My role with Avant then offered a fantastic opportunity to continue to progress in the industry.
