Excellent knowledge of Western Canada land contracts/negotiations (i.e. farmouts, poolings, seismic options, joint operating agreements), asset rationalization (acquisitions, dispositions, exchanges), and Arctic Canada/United States (Alaska) oil and gas land contracts, land systems, laws and regulations. Extensive experience in prospecting and expanding network of industry contacts and getting unleased acreage leased and oil and gas prospects drilled. Experienced with Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, QByte Land, Petrolab, Landrite, Accumap, ETS, Spin 2 and ISC.
