At CARE, I leverage my experience in developing and deploying M365 solutions for various sectors, including non-profit, legal, and higher education. My mission is to enable and empower CARE\'s staff and partners to collaborate and communicate effectively across the globe, using the latest Microsoft cloud technologies.I am the SharePoint lead for CARE Shares, the global intranet and knowledge management system that serves over users, including several hundred external guests from different platforms and domains.I design and implement the SharePoint Online technical architecture, manage the security and governance, and develop low-code solutions using Power Automate workflows and Power Apps, as well as PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, Exchange, and Azure.I also provide training and support to the end-users and site owners, ensuring the best user experience and adoption. I am passionate about creating innovative and scalable solutions that help CARE achieve its vision of a world of hope, tolerance, and social justice.

   SharePoint Online Lead, M365 Tech Advisor for CARE USA and the global CARE International Microsoft 365 tenant. Lead developer/administrator for \'CARE Shares\', CARE\'s global intranet and knowledge management system, comprising of 200 modern SharePoint sites and hub sites.Develop low-code solutions for CARE USA and CARE International using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate workflows and Power Apps) Copilot Studio, also utilizing PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, Exchange, Azure, Entra ID. Implement and maintain B2B Collaboration, Multitenant Organization (MTO) in Microsoft 365 - Microsoft Entra ID to allow thousands of CARE staff in other Microsoft 365 tenants to collaborate with USA, Canada and UK staff. Manage external guest users (B2B users), including Google Workspace users, to enable access to the CARE Shares global intranet and knowledge management system, using custom low code Power Platform and SharePoint solution.Provide support for SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 technologies to staff in CARE USA and throughout the CARE International Confederation.Provide recommendations for new M365 solutions and enhancements to the CARE global tenant IT committee.
