As Head of Operations my responsibilities include - 1) Manage all internal operational employees to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities2) Support the development of the company’s strategy to ensure that the company achieves its short and long-term objectives3) Develop and implement all necessary policies and procedures4) Work with the MD to control all operational budgets to ensure that the company has all the resources required to meet its targets5) Develop and maintain and review all necessary systems and procedures to ensure that company operations comply with agreed operational standards6) Maintain an effective working relationship with the directors to ensure that there is effective co-ordination of all company activities 7) Act as the company’s main adviser on all issues relating to operations and finance functions
