ABOUT ALASDAIR MACQUARRIE

I guess the formal part of this should read something like. Experienced Leadership and organisation development consultant with strong experience of consulting in Military, Financial, Energy and Technology sectors. A passionate and tenacious professional that aims to develop environment, team and individual in order to create high performance within organisations. But that\'s the boring bit. If we were chatting over a coffee here is what I\'d tell you. I\'ve sailed the world on container ships, served in hospitality, grafted on building sites, sweated on fishing boats, led in the Royal Marines and toiled in traditional office settings. The one thing that links all those jobs? Leadership. I\'ve seen how the great Leaders create performance, belonging and a feeling of inspiration, while poor leaders can make life miserable and create confusion and underperformance on a daily basis. That\'s why I do what I do. It\'s a simple calling but an important one. Not everyone can be a great leader, but they can all be better.if they want to be.
