How I Contribute: I’m a leader who’s all about making things happen—whether it’s achieving quick wins or setting the foundation for long-term success. I focus on empowering teams, aligning them with a shared vision, and fostering a collaborative environment where partnership thrives. For me, leadership is about more than meeting expectations and ensuring task-completion—it’s about sparking cultural change. I’ve led projects from start to finish, and I’m passionate about finding innovative ways to reach goals while being centered on outcomes. I also love coaching up-and-coming leaders and making sure they’re set up to grow and succeed. I’ve had the privilege of leading workshops and seminars at local and national levels and host the “Reach for Wellness” podcast, focused on raising awareness around mental health.
