ABOUT ALAN WOLANIN
I started my career after graduating in an entry level sales role. I leveraged the personal relationships and communication skills aquired through sales interactions into effective leadership. I noticed early in my career most people were a lot like how I was when I first graduated. I was hungry and motivated but lacked direction and room to grow. I focused my efforts on developing others around me and empowering teams of people to achieve goals and strive to be great. With this focus in mind I grew in my career and started my own company in Columbus in June of 2012. My mission was to use entry level sales; representing large companies as a vehicle to train and develop motivated individuals into upper level positions using the same systems and training that worked for me. My goal is to provide opportunity and empower thousands of people to strive for greatness and lead amazing lives!
