ABOUT ALAN WILLIS

Experienced executive specialising in project delivery and management I have been responsible for all aspects of departmental, programme, project and operational management. My experience includes the management of global teams, managing multimillion dollar projects, building close relationships with key stakeholders and overall management responsibility for a service management department. My key strengths are around people management, business relationship management and successful delivery of projects on time and to budget.
