I’ve worked in the hospitality and events sector for more than 27 years, as an Investor, Managing Director and Senior Operations Director. I’m privileged to have run some of the highest profile venues in London including, Labyrinth Venues, Market Halls,Kensington Roof Gardens, Paramount, Century Club and The London Waldorf. In addition to working for established brands, I’ve also designed, established and grown a number of hospitality brands as an investor including Peach Pubs and Echo Chic Restaurants, from single site to multiple sites.I have been involved in all aspects of hospitality, project management, lease negotiations, supplier negotiations, developing business plans, strategies and concept developments, management of capex projects and state development, change management. I’m passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience in high quality and unique venues, and ensuring my team are infomred and motivated to ensure that the vision and values set are delivered.
