Support multiple business units, teams and senior management across a broad spectrum and high volume of commercial contracts, special projects & corporate responsibilities, including: • Real estate projects as lead counsel during expansion and contraction of 30+ million sq. ft. portfolio at airports, industrial/warehouse parks, urban and suburban locations, including:(i) office, retail and industrial/warehouse leases, amendments, ground leases, subleases, license agreements, guarantees & workletters,(ii) purchase/sale agreements & development construction and design services agreements, indemnification agreements,(iv) estoppels & SNDA\'s, and (v) miscellaneous projects include dispute resolution/litigation, consents, notices, brokerage agreements, incentives agreements, LOI’s, termination agreements, etc. • Vendor contracts as lead counsel handling a variety of professional services, financial services, facilities services, equipment and supplies, vehicle fleet, travel and entertainment and transportation projects including master supply agreements, professional services agreements. • Sales contracts as lead counsel for highest revenue customers handling international transportation/logistics services, consulting and SaaS for supply chain reporting. • Develop/implement process improvements, templates, trainings for legal/business colleagues, reduced project timelines, and achieved outside counsel spend reduction. • Manage a team of 7+ attorneys (outside counsel), one part-time attorney, and 2 paralegals, and mentoring and training junior attorneys and paralegals. • Select & manage outside counsel, fee arrangements & legal fee budgets. • Committees include Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (co-leader of a DEI mentorship program), Digitalization (contract lifecycle management tool, contract repository and matter management system), and Global Customer Contracting (initiatives for harmonization and consistency for highest revenue customer contracting).
