Child Care Aware of Washington\'s mission is to support families and caregivers, shape policy, and build communities that promote the learning and development of children and youth throughout Washington State through a strong statewide network of local child care resource and referral programs.Responsibilities:• Providing ongoing direct supervision and support of the CCA of WA fiscal team (Contracts Specialist and Finance Specialist).• Leading and developing fiscal policy.• Work with the Contract & Finance Manager to develop contract terms for our CCA of WA regions and other sub-contractors.• Develop and refine subcontract compliance and monitoring tools, as needed.• Work with the Data and Evaluation Director and CEO to develop annual agency budget.• Managing all CCA of WA financial analysis, reporting and planning, budgetary control, payroll and accounting.• Working with the CEO and the Board of Trustees, to establish a comprehensive benefits package.
