ABOUT ALAN SIH
Having worked in the investment management field since the start of my career, I developed a strong knowledge of the back office and middle office processes. Being involved with the institutional client reporting, I have an increased exposure with the portfolio managers, client servicers, performance, IT development, data management and compliance teams. I am in constant contact with different teams which broadens my knowledge of the portfolio management process.More specifically, I have developed a strong expertise with the different information systems in place, process analysis and documentation, and identifying and communicating different needs that arise in the client reporting process. I thrive in challenging situations that require problem solving skills and an ability to adapt to a changing environment. I work well under pressure and am a quick learner who takes prides in what I do.
