I’m a founding principal and an experienced content strategist at Scriptorium. As your strategist, I’m interested in identifying the technology that will improve the efficiency and scalability of your content operations. My goal is to stay current in the ever-changing technologies that connect content creators to content consumers (even the consumers who aren’t human, including AI). My measure of success is when my team and I navigate clients through the cultural and change management challenges of a digital transformation project. I’m excited when I help people understand how content technology makes their professional lives better while contributing to the growth of an organization. Here is what I do:Content strategy discovery: Interview client\'s content stakeholders (including executives, content creators, subject matter experts, support staff, and both internal and external users) to determine pain points and inefficiencies in current workflows. Develop requirements for the creation, management, and distribution of content. Evaluate tools and technologies against the requirements, and recommend best tools for the client. Content operations: Streamline and automate processes for creating, maintaining, and distributing content with best-fit tool ecosystems that also enable tailored user experiences. Mitigate change resistance to new tools with consistent team communication and targeted training. Management: Manage schedules and budgets for complex consulting projects. Allocate and assign company resources to ensure completion of project tasks, and manage client communications as the primary point of contact during consulting engagements.
