I then extended my education into Human Resources Management; I have developed a great passion in focusing on developing a consistent and safe culture, being the support system for management and hourly employees, being involved in developing operational efficiencies, and all aspects of a Human Resources specialist.I have developed many transferable skills and technical skills- Organization and prioritizing skills with the many \'hats\' I wear- Coaching and mentoring all levels of the organization- Planning and coordinating for different events, celebrations, training sessions, and meetings- Advanced level of experience with Microsoft Office Programs and Key User for Kronos Attendance Management System- Intermediate knowledge and experience with SAP HRIS- Advanced level of practical experience with the full recruitment cycle as well as successful retention of employees- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to positively communicate detailed information in an appealing and effective manner- Proven success in managing conflict and resolving issues- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust accordinglyIn addition to my key skills and qualifications, I demonstrate exceptional work efforts and a professional, positive, and cheerful attitude in the workplace and everyday occasions.
