ABOUT ALANNA GRACE
I have built my career in logistics and operations, working at the system level to improve performance, increase efficiency, and bring cross-functional teams together in fast-paced, highly regulated environments. At Teck Resources, I coordinate complex supply chains for one of North America’s largest producers of metals critical to the future economy, ensuring reliability from source through to export. Previously, I led national initiatives at 1-800-GOT-JUNK? and Canopy Growth Corporation, where I drove system rollouts, streamlined operations, and supported teams through periods of rapid growth. Earlier in my career, I served as an officer in the Royal Canadian Navy, where I developed a foundation in leadership, logistics, and decision-making under pressure.I am a PMP and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and currently an MBA candidate at Simon Fraser University, with a focus on sustainable, technology-enabled transportation infrastructure. I am driven by the belief that the future of logistics will be shaped by integrated systems, data-driven decision-making, and leaders who can translate strategy into operational reality at scale.I welcome conversations with others working at the intersection of supply chain, innovation, and infrastructure modernization.
