About Alanna Weiss

I’m driven by the belief that nutritious, delicious food should be accessible to all. Achieving this requires protecting the ecosystems and communities that sustain us. My path from hospitality and community organizing to microbiology and regenerative agriculture has taught me how to translate complex science into clear, engaging insight and how to design systems that benefit both people and the planet. I am proud of the work and unconventional path that brought me here. From being part of the initial launch of MyBacon at MyForest Foods to being named an \"Inno Under 25\" for being a trailblazer making an impact on the company and industry in the NY Capital Region. Then going back to school at Hudson Valley Community College and ending up as a Masters student at Cornell University. This December, I will graduate with my Master’s in Integrative Plant Science and look forward to merging technical training with startup experience to expand sustainable, equitable nutrition. I’m committed to human rights, environmental stewardship, and accessible education. I’m excited to collaborate with those building a healthier, more sustainable future.
