Hi I’m Alanna! I’m a full-time member of the Army National Guard with a masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Purdue University Global. I specialize in leadership development, training, and change management.As a certified John Maxwell Leadership and Army Coach, I love to help people get unstuck! Outside of coaching I lead lunch and learns for organizations on communication based on DISC personality styles and John Maxwell’s 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth. My work experience is made of customer service through retail management, logistics management and broking, pharmaceutical sales, auto collections and 15 years in the Army National Guard state and national level, and Headquarters Department of the Army.As a mom my dream is to work remotely in the bettering people space so can truly master the Art of Living as described by John A.
