About Alanna Celentano
I\'m a full-stack developer who thrives on building things from the ground up, whether it\'s revamping legacy systems or creating something completely new. I’ve always been drawn to clean, efficient implementation and thoughtful refactoring to convert disorganized systems into strong, dependable frameworks. Before tech, I worked in behavioral health, often in high-pressure environments. That background taught me patience, adaptability, and how to stay calm under stress. These qualities have helped me excel as a software engineer, especially when things get chaotic or complex. It also keeps me grounded in what drives me to build: to create software that actually helps people.I’m most motivated when I understand the product\'s impact, knowing who benefits from it, how they use it, and why it’s important. That’s why in my next role I’d like to move toward industries like healthcare, education, and fitness, as these are domains where better tools can genuinely improve people’s lives.I love working on collaborative teams where people bring different backgrounds, experience levels, and ways of thinking. Planning together, talking through tough problems, and learning from each other is where I grow most.Right now, I’m focused on deepening my backend and infrastructure skills, expanding my full-stack fluency, and finding a role where I can keep learning while building things that matter.
