   I’m a Senior Program Manager at Elevate Energy, where I turn big, bold ideas about clean energy and equity into programs that actually work for people. Most recently, I’ve been helping design and lead the King County Energize Program — an initiative bringing together local governments, community partners, and contractors to make multifamily housing cleaner, healthier, and more affordable to live in.I thrive at the crossroads of program design, operations, and social impact — the space where spreadsheets meet real lives. My work focuses on creating accessible pathways to decarbonization while keeping equity at the center.
