I lead technology at YellowDog, where we\'re building the future of computationally intensive workload management. We enable customers to operate high-performance, high-throughput, and machine-learning workloads at massive scale, transforming how organisations approach computationally intensive problems.As an engineering leader with 25 years of experience, I bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and business impact. My approach combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic vision—understanding that lasting innovation comes from a clear view of what success looks like and understanding users.Before YellowDog, I spent 8 years leading HP Labs\' Advanced Development Group, where I defined R&D strategy and built a central function for skills, processes, and tools driving new product development. Experience at the heart of a large corporate R&D organisation taught me how to deliver innovation with value as early as possible, not just technology for the sake of it.My background spans cloud infrastructure, machine learning, IoT, big data, and information security. I\'m drawn to technology with the potential for significant business and societal impact, and have been hands-on with both the technology itself and the real-world challenges facing industry.Business results come from leading by example, building strong, engaged teams, and maintaining a relentless focus on outcomes that matter to customers and the broader market.
