Current responsibilities and achievements include: Group wide implementation of ISO 9001 in 22 sites across 11 countries. ↳ Successfully implemented Group procedures, guidelines and related documents to achieve standardisation across sites. ↳ Conducting gap analysis audits of sites to defined management standards. FSC CoC Head Office lead person. ↳ Successfully implemented, trained, and achieved compliance to the FSC CoC standard at several sites in the UK and Europe. Ensuring compliance to BRCGS for Packaging Materials, Issue 6 and ISO 9001 management standards. ↳ Successfully achieved AA achieved for multiple years back to back. Tasked with continuous improvement (CI) projects onsite including 5s and lean manufacturing - ↳ Achievements include implementation of 5s methodology, decreasing machine lost time.Further responsibilities include: Company Standard Operating Procedures writing. Plan, implement and conduct internal audits and external audits against ISO 9001 and BRCGS standards. Identifying risks and hazards within the QMS. Ensuring product specifications meet regulatory and customer requirements. New product specification development. Plan and conduct supplier and sub-contractor audits.
