About Alankrit Gupta
As a Data Scientist in a consulting setting, I have had the unique opportunity to be part of the entire journey of problem-solving: from problem formulation to model design to implementation and finally insight generation. These five years spearheading some of the most challenging problems in the US healthcare space have helped me hone my skills as a data scientist and have made me realize that: in the world dominated by black-box models the businesses with people at the core still need actionable insights more than black-box accuracy. With the advent of data-driven apps and large-scale deployment, I want to focus my efforts on building solutions that can impact the lives of millions of people worldwide without losing a sense of the main stakeholder in this ecosystem i.e. the user.
