As team leader and former Managing Partner and Chair of Moses Singer, I have been advising financial institutions, corporate fiduciaries, and marketplace lenders in transactions, disputes, insolvencies, and risk-management for over 33 years. I have also served as North American Regional Representative at MSI Global Alliance, an alliance of 250 independent law and accounting firms in 100 countries, since 2005.My specialties include corporate trust and agency, depositary receipts, banking and finance, bankruptcy and business reorganization, litigation, private funds, global outsourcing and procurement, and marketplace lending and fin/tech.
