I have over ten years of experience in antibody and biologics production, processing, and method development. My current work focuses on PEGylated protein biologics. In this role, I spearheaded the process development aspect that brings the project into pilot production scale. I also led the method development aspect for CMC characterization. Previously, I led a project that involves the development of four customized molecular and cellular assays for my client. My PhD study focused on various aspects of upstream and downstream development: including cell line production, scaling, purification, and analytical characterization.As a subject matter expert and through collaboration, I assisted in antibody and biologics production for five different laboratories. In addition, I serve as a scientific analyst to a biotech company helping them analyze antibody usage in scientific publications.
