About Alan Haynes
I have been a licensed Real Estate agent in Monroe Michigan for 4 years, Licensed in 1974. I also have been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1979, I have owned Coldwell Banker Haynes Real Estate, Inc. since 1985. I have been President of our Monroe County Board of Realtors on three different occasions, 1994, and 2011. In the year I was honored by being Monroe County Realtor of the year. In my career, I have as an agent, closed over 1400 properties and over $150 million in volume. My company has closed on over properties totaling over 1.3 billion in volume. In 1985 when I took over as owner of Coldwell Banker Haynes Real Estate, Inc. we were one of the smaller brokerages in our area. Now with three offices and over 70 agents we have been the leader in listing and sales for 20 consecutive years and twice running voted by our local newspaper\'s Best of the Best as the number one Real Estate Company in Monroe County. I enjoy watching my grandchildren play sports, and have coached youth basketball for over 35 years.
