Led the US commercial effort for the Monash University FODMAP Diet, drove acceptance with the medical and dietary communities while impacting consumers with IBS through the promotion of the #1 paid medical app. Developed and directed an innovative education program transforming a team of market reps to advanced disease management experts in Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP), gaining greater access to physicians and positively influencing the diagnosis and treatment of CIDP. Led Grifols’ growth in the immunoglobulin market to capture market leadership while generating sales of $1.3B. Piloted market share growth. Launched Grifols’ Pulmonary Division, rejuvenated mature business, powering double digit growth YOY.
