Partnering with businesses to understand their priorities, needs, and concerns and address the same in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders- Implement the manpower plan to achieve the recruitment targets as per the manning model and TATs- Stay connected with employees through periodic one-on-ones, FGDs and other forums to understand their needs and issues and address the same within relevant timelines- Provide support in implementing an objective performance assessment of employees through LDS as per defined process and timelines (goal setting, pitstop and final lap)- Provide support in implementing competency-based assessments to identify, nurture and retain key talent- Implement the rewards and recognition program as per the defined process and share feedback on the effectiveness of the program- Deliver in-store training as per the training calendar- Handle the end-to-end HR operations- Review and ensure timely and accurate compliance to the relevant statutory regulations- Participate in the internal audits and review the audit findings- Provide payroll, one-time payment and deduction inputs as per defined process and timelines (sales incentives, overtime, other payables, referral bonus, salary advances, loans, uniform deduction, etc.)- Complete the exit formalities as per the full and final settlement process for exiting employees (handover of assets, exit interview, payroll exit input, PF withdrawal or transfer, etc.)- Prepare and submit the relevant HR dashboards to relevant stakeholders as per the defined timelines.
